 2. Description of the services offered by MacCarton

The purpose of the www.maccarton.fr website is that of selling recreational and educative products fabricated with 100% cardboard. Some of the products come with accessories.

MacCarton strives to provide information as accurate as possible on its website www.maccarton.fr. The products offered (precut cardboard pieces, accessories) are only to be used for the assembly, mounting and the creation of its three-dimensional models, depending on the specific assembly plan of each model.

MacCarton will not be held responsible in the case of a different use of its products other than that indicated above.

MacCarton products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age, and /or anyone who may put pieces in their mouths.

The construction of MacCarton models may require the use of glue. All sorts of school glue are suitable, but we recommend using a non-harmful white vinyl glue, especially designed and adapted for children of all ages, and for making handicrafts. MacCarton cannot be held responsible for the selection of glue used for the construction of the models.

 3. Contractual limitations on technical data

The website cannot be held responsible for any material damaged while using the site. Besides, the users of the site engage to access the site using recent material, which do not have any virus and with a latest version browser.

 4. Intellectual property rights and counterfeits

MacCarton owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use of all the elements available on this site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or the process used, is prohibited without the prior written consent of: MacCarton.

All MacCarton models have been the object of model declaration filed at the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property). The models to be made in groups are protected by a patent deposited at the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property).

MacCarton cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to the users’ equipment when accessing the website www.maccarton.fr, resulting from the use of equipment that does not correspond to the specifications indicated in point 4, or by the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

MacCarton cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by any use of its products other than that indicated in point 2 and 3.

6. Management of personal information.

In France, the customers’ personal information is especially protected by the law N° 78-87 from January 6th, 1978, the law N° 2004-801 from August 6th, 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the penal code and the European directive of October 24, 1995, and the law N° 2018-493 from june 20th, 2018.
